The setting of this live event was a breakfast speech where I spoke to a mastermind of business leaders focused on building their relationship with their partners.  So, the talk was a short, TED-style environment with plenty of interaction with the audience.  I can bring you the sound of my voice, but unfortunately, I can’t bring you the great smells of the breakfast at this Arizona resort.

I hope you enjoy my brief introduction to the wonders of sleep.  Sleep is a core pillar of a re-ignited lifestyle and one I will be bringing to the podcast in greater depth with an extended power edition.
