Live from Gratitude

Let me ask you a question?  Is your problem really your problem or is it your attitude towards your problem that is your problem?

If you can adjust your attitude towards your problems on a daily basis you can start to enjoy your life.

How you do this is living from a position of gratitude.

Living from gratitude means that you have to stop telling yourself what you can’t do and be grateful for the things you can do.

Quit telling yourself it’s too hard or you’ve had too many setbacks.  You can do what you want to do, as long as you have the right mindset.

The fastest ways to change your mindset from a negative to a positive is to strive to live from a position of gratitude.

The human brain can’t hold on to opposing thought at the same time.

How you begin to replace the negative thoughts is by holding the thoughts of gratitude and be appreciative of all the things you have, all the experience you’ve been fortunate enough to share.

When you do this, your mind begins to open up to all possibilities.

Examine the words you are speaking to yourself and ensure they are kind and supportive.

It’s OK to admit that what you are going through is hard and you’ve been going through some tough times, and look at you.

You are still persevering.

You can change your life by changing your thoughts and the best way to do that today, is through the expression of gratitude.

Push your thoughts in the direction you want to go and be thankful for all you’ve experienced, because it is through that experience that life is forging you into an unstoppable being.

You can’t put poison into yourself day after day and expect to live a fulfilling life.

Start living from gratitude today and you will not only be a blessing in your life but everyone you come into contact with.

What dreams do you want to accomplish?

You have greatness in you.

Start right where you are.

Get happy today by placing your happiness ahead of any result.  Be happy and begin with the feeling of gratitude.

Choose to change your attitude.

Because Attitude is a choice.

Choose to be grateful.

This is taking life to another level.

Doing this will allow you to create the life you desire.

Gratitude has the power to heal, energize, and change your life.

Living from gratitude is an affirmation of goodness.

Gratitude keeps the focus on the good and allows us to continue to make positive decisions that not only enrich our lives, but the lives of all around us.

Imagine a world where everyone is living from gratitude.  Is there anything mankind can’t do to better the world?

Add gratitude to the power of your morning routine and in the evenings.

Just say thank you for wisdom, thank you for understanding, thank you for all the goodness life has bestowed upon me.  Thank you.

Thank you for the hard times because they made me appreciate the good times.

Thank you for the challenges, because they taught me the necessary lessons that allowed me to achieve.

Thank you for my determination.

Thank you for my persistence.

Thank you for my strength.

Thank you for the people in my life.  Those I love and those I learn from.

Thank you for the vision if you have it because they allow me to witness the miracle of life.

Because many don’t have it.

Thank you.

Thank you.

The more you are grateful for the good that’s in your life, the more good you get to be grateful about.

Say thank you in advance of what’s already yours.

Grateful people tend to be happier, more generous, and more prosperous.

Gratitude unlocks the door to everything we are seeking in life.

Life is about emotions.

Feelings.

If you think about it the only reason we want, whether it is love, money, health is because of the feeling we believe we will get from having it.

It all comes down to happiness and gratitude is your key.

If you want to be happy now, it available to you right now from being grateful.

Just get quiet and meditation on what you can be grateful for.

I know no matter where you are in life, there is plenty to be grateful for.

The air in your lung.

The sunrise in the morning.

A call with your best friend.

The mental strength to get through the hard times.

Be grateful that you’re going to decide right now to live your dreams and to never stop living your dash.

Some people say that they don’t have dreams they have goals.  I have a different twist on things.

I don’t have dreams I have intentions and I am grateful every day for the intensions I have set because I know they are already mine.

Be grateful that you can choose to be the person you desire to be.

That’s living a RE-IGNITED life.

It’s time to make gratitude your way of life.
